This has been sitting on my shelf forever begging to be repainted. All the vinyl versions I've seen of this bust suffer from a bulging neck which was a result of them filling the head with expanding foam, and it's heat upon curing. I cut into the back, and dug out the foam. Last year, I tried heating him up by the space heater and setting the vinyl by dunking him in snow. No luck. I finally got smart, heated him up over the kitchen stove (Parental supervision required kids!) and while strangling him ran it under cold water in the sink. This not only fixed the neck, but pushed the face out some more, helping the likeness a great deal. In my opinion, anyway. My first lifesize bust, it was a fun and inexpensive way to experiment.
